Services & Rates
Too many consultants thrive on complex planning and kind of crazy billing rates embedded in detailed scopes of work. My value proposition is simple and transparent. I offer facilitation, training and small group process that are based on the following rates. While I can provide a simple cost estimates and an outline of a scope of work, I do not participate in comparative written requests for proposals.
Facilitation
I provide facilitation services designed to help group run effective meetings: opening ideas, narrowing options, making decisions, ensuring inclusion, and managing conflict. Whether you need help for a one-time meeting or an ongoing commitment, I can be your partner in success. Online or in-person. $125/Hour
Training
I provide customized 2-4 hour training events for nonprofits, government agencies and community groups related to the advisory committee and nonprofit board development, effective meeting operations, the stages of nonprofit or business growth, strategic planning, reimagining community, and collaborative planning. Trainings are customized to the audience. $625/Training
Group Process
I provide support for planning events —such as a strategic planning process, needs assessment process, leadership retreats or a custome group facilitation process. Rate includes two hours of process consultation. $1,500/Day
